Perfect location near city centre, beautiful view, very comfortable room, amazing big bed and accessible shower! The buffet offers a good & varied breakfast at a reasonable price. The staff at the reception desk, cafeteria and cleaning service was incredibly kind and very effective. They were very helpful and immediately solved any unexpected problem that we could had.

Great location, stylish inside and smelled gorgeous! We upgraded to a suite which was lovely, large bathroom and balcony. I am vegan so had enquired if they had any vegan options for breakfast and they went out of their way to buy in special for me butter, yoghurt and milk. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was warm welcoming, Hotel is located next to all atractions in basel only walking distance and also the reception gives basel card which you get get discount for museums and get free transport for all tram . Tram station is 20 mt far from the Hotel . Clean, comfortable bed and bathroom, migros drahne center may use for exchange .

Excellent breakfast, good variety, great coffee. Very friendly staff and impeccable cleaning. Spacious room and bathroom. Located close to many sightseeing spots of beautiful Basel. Bus stop right outside the door, if needed, but you easily get around on foot.

Quiet, convenient and a comfortable bed. Bath was spa like. Loved the water pressure and the rain showerhead. The price of the room included tram tickets for all over town, so we were able to see a bigger part of the pretty town of Basel. The location was convenient to our Viking cruise embarkation site, and we were able to easily take the tram there.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a good location for walking around the old town. We traveled for the Military Tattoo and it was a good location to walk to the castle. The only downfall was the parking, it was very expensive and no discount for staying in the hotel.

Good location a few blocks from shopping and Old Town. Very comfortable beds and nicely appointed room. Breakfast was simple but good with a variety of items. The windows block out the street noise nicely.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and close to the river. There's a bus stop and a tram stop just few steps away, that makes it even easier to move around. There was a young receptionist who was always present, really hardworking, friendly and kind. Our room was spacious, modern with a nice big window. The shower is amazing to use and the shower products they offer to guests are Occitane, a well known brand.

Great location, you can easily walk to the city centre. Very nice and helpfull employees. Good breakfest, even if it took i while to refill the tables after the earlier-risen guests ate.
